OAT uses SundaySky's product showcase SmartVideos for gathering information about traveler's preferences, which allows them to personalize their offerings and by that increase conversion rates. 

About OAT

To win over customers, OAT likes to romance visitors to OATTravel.com with electronic brochures that appear like scrapbooks embedded with multiple videos, created by SundaySky. These SmartVideos enabled OAT to see a 10% increase in conversion rates.

OAT has found that the longer people remain on its site, the more likely they are to book a trip. Before the SundaySky videos, OAT would see a noticeable lift in bookings when visits met a minimum of five minutes or three clicks. Now with the videos, that lift is much higher.
