With a focus on improving customer service, Time Warner Cable distributes SmartVideo for Delivering Bills to new subscribers in the first month billing cycle in order to reduce call inquiries to the contact center. Personalized video bills are delivered to customers via email, and play on dedicated landing pages.
The largest wireless provider in Turkey, Turkcell deployed SmartVideo in support of customer care initiatives focused on reducing contact center calls and enhancing the customer experience. The company delivers SmartVideo bills to over half a million subscribers. On average, 38% of subscribers view their video bill and 70% watch it through to completion. The initial phase of the program delivered a 10% reduction in call volume and 87% customer satisfaction rating.
