
Shmulik has served as the CEO of SundaySky since its inception, growing the company from an initial staff of three to today’s team of more than 70 dedicated professionals. Prior to co-founding SundaySky, Shmulik served in a number of executive positions at Veon, an Israeli start-up acquired by Philips’ MP4Net Group. Philips’ MP4Net Group appointed Shmulik vice president of research and development. In that position, Shmulik played a key role in evangelizing and developing a media transcoding solution for mobile operators. As a result of the solution’s immediate market traction, the group was spun out as Adamind and listed on London’s AIM stock exchange. Adamind soon became a global leader in mobile media transcoding.
In addition to his achievements in business and technology, Shmulik served his mandatory military service in an elite intelligence unit of the Israel Defense Forces and was awarded the prestigious Israel Defense Award for innovative software projects. He earned both his Master of Arts degree in philosophy and Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Tel Aviv University.

Prior to joining SundaySky, Jim was executive vice president of sales and services at LivePerson, a SaaS-based provider of real-time online customer engagement solutions. During his tenure, LivePerson business solutions revenue grew from $17M to $96M and operating earnings grew from $2M to $30M. While at LivePerson, he built the enterprise sales organization from scratch and led the extended sales and service organization in developing and executing the go-to-market strategy while also leading the introduction of new business models to scale the business. Prior to LivePerson, Jim held multiple sales leadership roles in his two years at Witness Systems and eight years at Parametric Technology Corporation (PTC), including a four-year assignment in the UK and Europe. Prior to that, Jim served in a variety of sales positions over four years with Xerox Corporation.
At SundaySky, Jim drives the go-to-market strategy, sales execution, business development and revenue growth for SundaySky to support the growing market demand for the company’s solution. Mr. Dicso received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Villanova University.

Yaniv has served as the CTO of SundaySky since co-founding the company, and he is tasked with advancing new technologies and innovative ideas to ensure that SundaySky remains at the forefront of the market for online video. Prior to co-founding SundaySky, Yaniv directed a research and development team at Israeli start-up Veon. Following Veon’s acquisition by Philips’ MP4Net Group in 2000, Yaniv served as the vice president of product and marketing and guided the company’s interaction with commercial partners. Yaniv later joined Philips’ mergers and acquisitions group, where he led activities in identifying, researching and collaborating with academic, military and commercial partners to support Philips’ efforts in the fields of consumer electronics and semiconductors.
Yaniv served in an elite intelligence unit of the Israeli Defense Forces for five years and then earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in computer science and his master’s degree in business administration with cum laude honors from Tel Aviv University.

Prior to joining SundaySky in 2010, Aviv was the vice president of sales for Vayosoft. He also held VP Sales position at Mobixell Networks, where he was responsible for the rapid growth of multimedia and advertising business for major international accounts including, Telecom-Italia, Vodafone, Telefonica and more. Previously, Aviv was sales chief technology officer at Mobixell Networks. Aviv has also held positions at Elbit, Metalink Systems and Terayon Systems, where he managed Voice Over IP and communication network activities in Europe and the U.S.
Aviv owns multiple standard contributions with IEEE, IETF and DOCSIS. He earned his Bachelor in Computer Engineering degree from Technion, the national technical institution of Israel.

A product of both established and emerging organizations, Kelly is a technology marketer and optimist who has built a 18-year career on a passion for breaking new ground. She comes to SundaySky from Operative Media, where, as Senior Vice President of Marketing, she led initiatives to establish and scale the company as the leader in advertising business management, including the acquisition and integration of its primary competitor. Prior to Operative, Kelly headed marketing for LivePerson, leading go-to-market and demand generation initiatives that resulted in 85 percent revenue growth during her tenure. Kelly also previously held senior management roles at Oriel, Groove Networks (now Microsoft) and IBM.
As Vice President of Marketing, Kelly sets and executes strategies that build presence and pipeline for SundaySky, and ensure SmartVideo category leadership. Kelly received a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Michigan State University.

Dana joined SundaySky in April 2010 to manage the company’s finance, human resources and office administration needs. Dana brings to SundaySky 10 years of experience in corporate finance and business operations. Prior to joining SundaySky, Dana held similar positions at several software and startup companies including Fixya.com, the largest technical post-sale support provider with more than 20 million unique users; Oberon Media, Inc., the world’s leading multi-platform casual-games company; and Fashion Wire Daily, a fashion content syndication website headquartered in New York.
Dana is a seasoned accountant and certified lawyer who earned her Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and economics and her Bachelor of Laws degree from Tel Aviv University.

Guy joined SundaySky at the end of 2008 in order to form and lead the in-house creative department. Guy started his career as a freelance print, Web and video graphic designer for the fashion, nightlife and film industries in New York. In 2003, Guy joined RhinoFX, a top visual effects and design studio. His work at RhinoFX gained him the prestigious “First Boards Award” for up-and-coming talent in the motion graphics field. His work was also featured in online and print publications such as Shots, Boards, motionographer.com and many more. In 2007, Guy returned to Israel where he joined the creative department of BBDO Israel, one of the top advertising agencies in the world. He most recently returned to the US once again to lead SundaySky’s Creative team from the New York headquarters.
Guy graduated with honors from the computer arts department of the School of Visual Arts in New York, where he earned accolades for his thesis project short film.

Dror joined SundaySky in April 2009, bringing with him more than 20 years of experience in managing the development of innovative software products. Prior to his position with SundaySky, Dror served as co-founder and president of PeerHunters, a social network job placement service. Before that, he held several executive positions at Qlusters, including president and chief operating officer. He also served as the senior product manager at Sanctum and vice president of product management at Veon.
Prior to his civilian career, Dror served 11 years in the Israeli Defense Forces as commander of an elite research and development intelligence unit. Dror holds computer science and economics degrees from Tel Aviv University.

Ben joined SundaySky in September 2012, and leads the company’s research, development and product management efforts. Prior to joining SundaySky, Ben served as CEO of Sport77 – a social hub for Sports fans. Prior to that, Ben held executive positions in consumer internet startups such as Oberon Media and DAZ3D. He also led R&D and operations in several enterprise software companies like Orsus (acquired by Nice) and Precise Software.
Ben specializes in complex business process management and, specifically, in lean agile management methodologies. He started his career in the Israeli air force building Command and control applications. Ben hold a Bachelors degree in Computer Science and Physics from Bar – Ilan University.
