As the digital video advertising continues to experience rapid growth, SundaySky is seeking a superstar product marketer to further disrupt the market with SmartVideo Advertising.  The Product Marketing Manager owns all aspects of marketing for our advertising solution portfolio.  This is a highly visible position that requires extensive cross-functional collaboration across the organization — from Sales and Marketing to Product Management, Business Development and Program Management. Responsibilities:

• Provide strong product marketing representation across the organization, bridging multiple teams and activities to drive end-to-end discipline — from product definition to operationalizing to launch
• Market sizing and segmentation — be the expert on target buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria
• Be the expert on the competition and how to crush them
• Working with CTO and Product Management, develop and continually refine offerings that differentiate us in the market

Responsibilities:

• Build and lead a team that is accountable and responsible for handling customer support cases with efficiency and professionalism
• Define and implement the methods, procedures, tools, and policies to ensure that a high-quality service is delivered to customers, adhering to strict SLA in a 24×7 operational support organization
• Establish, measure, and improve on various relevant KPIs, such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
• Be the front line for customer calls in regards to service related inquiries to troubleshoot malfunctions of SundaySky SaaS and resolve operational issues to restore services
• Proactively identify system malfunctions and drive to resolution even before customer escalation
• Document, track and monitor problems to ensure resolution in a timely manner and tasks are set to the appropriate priority levels
• Escalate to other groups within the company as needed to resolve customer cases
• Review customer alerts and follows up with customers to inquire if action is needed
